In the year of the 100th Anniversary of the town of Burkburnett, Texas,
exactly one year from the launch of
Hawaiian-TV and exactly 13 years
from the night of his untimely death,
the work and research was begun
to honor a great and brave man who many believe
paid the ultimate price for his work in
freeing others with the Truth; arre
and to insure that Cosmo's memory and work is
not "lost in the sands of time",
in the words of his friend Joe Ikaika D'Innocenti
(from a card written to Cosmo's wife Star soon after Cosmo's passing):

Born Ronald Clark Gresham on December 3, 1937 in Burkburnett, Texas,
'Cosmo' had lived many lives by
the time of his untimely passing on the evening
of Wednesday, September 14, 1994 in Fern Forest,
on the Big Island of Hawai'i.
Cosmo is a true freedom fighter,
putting ideals and the bigger picture
over his own safety at all times during
his political and continued
governmental reform work; he urged
all around him to learn the truth and live by it.

Handyman, carpenter,
public minister, entertainer, children's TV clown,
craftsman, unashamedly outspoken activist for
freedom, justice, life, liberty and the
pursuit of happiness, public television personality,
political candidate for mayor and county council,
newsletter publisher, Rainbow Gathering focalizer
and seed camper, activist for cannabis /
medical marijuana / hemp, Director of the
Universal Peace Centre, free public lawyer
who has won legal cases having such a
far-reaching effect in Hawai'i so as to
inspire someone to

risk potential 5 year federal prison sentences
for having deleted the public microfilm records

of one of Cosmo's most powerful legal cases,

State of Hawaii vs. Walter Schneider.

The book on Burkburnett's 100th anniversary
has a large section on the prominent Gresham
family of Burkburnett because Cosmo's father Clark
was the Wichita County Commissioner for as long
as most people could remember;

Clark's father had come to Burkburnett in the
oil rush.in covered wagons in the 1880s;
unfortunately the book merely mentions the
existence of "Ronnie" without any other words
about his life;

we are correcting that injustice here!

Second child of George Clark Gresham and
Ruby Flara Smith, a noted poet laureate of Texas,
Ronald (called "Ronnie" to this day by his family)
was always the 'black sheep' of the family.

From 1937 to the early 1960's
little is known about his life;
in the early 1960's he married a woman named
Sandra with whom he had a child.

In 1963 he got a job working as a TV clown on
KAUZ-TV in Wichita Falls, Texas;
according to a recent Wikipedia article the show
was called "Kauzey's Corner" or
"Kauzmo's Kolorful Kartoons" throughout its
four-year run from 1963 to 1967;

From 1967 to 1975 little is known about Cosmo;
we know that Cosmo lived in Corpus Christi, Texas
and went up and down the beach in an old blue car
and sold snacks and sodas, beer and cigarettes
from his friend John Nicholson's concession stand
at the beach at Padre Island;
Cosmo was able to earn enough money
to keep going; "Johnno" also gave him a job
working at his bar near the beach;

Cosmo sang and did comedy,
often in outlandish costumes
and was a loved local celebrity doing his act;
Johnno also said that Cosmo had gotten
very much into the Bible and used to
carry it around with him in Corpus Christi,
bringing the words of truth in it to
those he publicly ministered to.

In around 1975 Cosmo met Star at the beach in
Corpus Christi.
She remembers the incident well.
She says she saw Cosmo coming up out of the water
at the beach and he looked to her just like a
sea god, so she said,
"King Neptune, I presume",
to which Cosmo just smiled and
the conversation started between them;
Cosmo had found his guru, Star had found her
"Moses", whom she has said Cosmo is the
incarnation of.

Cosmo and Star married and traveled
around the country, going to Rainbow Gatherings
and other events.

In 1987 at the North Carolina Rainbow Gathering,
Cosmo met with some people who knew
upon meeting Cosmo that their meeting
was by Divine Providence;
they gave Cosmo some quantity of psychedelic
mushrooms; the mushrooms proved powerful enough
to help bring Cosmo to a revelation that he was to be
on a mission to live in Hawai'i and begin here to
liberate his fellow creatures, starting on 'the island
of the lonely', the Big Island of Hawai'i. Cosmo and
Star left for the Big Island in 1987 on a mission to
bring truth, freedom and justice to all.

From the time they arrived in Hawai'i,
Cosmo and Star were very active, sending in many
"Letters" to the Editor of the
Hawaii Tribune-Herald newspaper in Hilo; they wrote in
on many topics including free public nude beaches,
cannabis spirituality, honest government and more.

By 1990 Cosmo had hooked up with some people who
had told him that the law of Hawai'i was from the
Kingdom of Hawai'i and that if his allegiance and
loyalty was to the Kingdom, one nation under God,
the law that applied to him was only the law of the Kingdom;

soon Cosmo was motoring around the
Big Island with

plates on his car he had gotten from
Joe Wilkinson; he was soon arrested and cited
for no plates, no insurance, no registration,
no driver's license, etc. Cosmo didn't realise
at that time in 1990 just what was needed to
mount an effective defense based on diversity
of law principles as described here and
so he lost that case due to having been
unprepared; two years later however
he would win the battle against the
STATE OF HAWAII when he would assist
Walter Schneider with a
similar case which was a total win and set a
legal precedent in their court that the plates were
both "lawful" and "legal" in Hawai'i
and the plates were given back to Walter Schneider.

Cosmo was involved with at least 10 legal cases
in the STATE OF HAWAII court and at least 7
Federal cases between 1990 and 1994 according to
currently available online court records;
the cases ranged in topic from automobile licensing
to obstruction of court to political campaign
election fraud to illegal wiretapping
to cannabis possession, desecration of the flag,
treason, insurrection, rebellion, sedition and
genocide; we believe based on the public record
and private information that Cosmo's last
Federal case
("Universal Peace Centre vs. Springer")
was where he brought likely genocide
and also other criminal charges involving exposing
illegal cocaine trafficking alleged to have been done
by certain HPD police officers which were
named in the documentation for the case;
according to two witnesses, by
September 16, 1994, only two days after
Cosmo had 'died', Cosmo's house had been
ransacked,all his papers had been removed although
some other valuable items remained there;
this is the M.O. of someone trying to cover up
something, not the M.O. of a regular thief,
especially considering that Cosmo wound up
'dead' over nothing of ordinary
material value having been taken;

we also know that Cosmo had no known
heart trouble even though the Tribune-Herald
and other newspapers claimed he died in his
sleep, related to "longtime damage to
Cosmo's arteries", according to Carol French,
who stated that she was told
that by the "pathologist",
however the report of the autopsy allegedly
performed on Cosmo's body was never published
or even mentioned again, even though as usual
the Tribune-Herald mentioned that an autopsy
would be performed, as though we were supposed
to look to the newspaper for updates soon
which would never appear

(like so many other autopsies that it
appears obvious are being
covered up also);

we also know that Cosmo was very healthy,
was a vegetarian, and moved, thought and
even at times talked at a speed most of us
could barely keep up with; if you saw Cosmo
somewhere and wanted to talk with him
you'd better catch up with him fast or he
would be gone with the wind; he carried a heavy
large frame backpack, jewelry, bamboo flutes
and other arts and crafts, a large and heavy
video camera and (so I've been told) sometimes
more than a pound of cannabis for giving out to
people for free; one time I asked him for some herb
when Green Harvest had just stolen all
of everyone's plants and he told me he never
sells it but would give me a bag for free.
Carrying all that weight and everything,
he was the picture of health and in many ways
seemed much younger than someone in his
late 50s; this is not someone you would think
had severe "longtime damage" to their
arteries and so far as we have
been able to discover so far,
there is zero documentation supporting the
theory that Cosmo had heart problems,
so the idea that coroner Alvin Omori, M.D.
put out that Cosmo died in his sleep
from a heart attack seems very much
fabricated.

There is currently no
record available on the Federal online PACER
court records system showing a
"Universal Peace Centre vs. Springer" case,
although Cosmo's
APPLICATION FOR EXTENDED COVERAGE
for his 1994 marijuana case which he got dismissed
states that he was asking for permission for
extended video coverage for both the STATE's
"PC94-0294" marijuana case,
and also for "Universal Peace Centre vs. Springer";

Cosmo would not have made a mistake
like that and put the wrong case name, based
on other court documents and filings we have seen
so we may safely conclude that either the
case was never filed (because Cosmo was murdered
in order to stop the case before it got started)
or else the case filing was removed by
someone at the federal U.S. District Court
in Honolulu. :

There were many motives that some
evil-doing people had for killing Cosmo;
he had challenged the
STATE OF HAWAII and COUNTY OF HAWAII's
public extortion program
of issuing multiple jeopardy traffic citations,
stealing people's cars and other property due to inability
to pay the fine, and bringing bogus criminal
charges for 'promotion of a detrimental substance'
(cannabis), which has been proved to be medically
effective and non-addictive, and abusing other
statute laws such as the commonly-charged
'Terroristic Threatening' cases brought 'against'
innocent people that have no criminal record,
when they can't find anything else to pin on
someone they want to 'get', they search through
old police reports to see if they can cook up
a case against someone, for money and control.

(this is a multi-million dollar
business every year the STATE and COUNTY
refuse to give up without a fight for what's
not right),

In 1993 he sued GTE Hawaiian Tel for
13 MILLION DOLLARS (owned by the evil
Carlyle Group, the same bastards that
fund evil politicians like George W. Bush
and illegally evict homeless people
so that they can be free to build satellite
communication dishes and to denude
the land of all trees, replacing them with
microwave towers
(another multi-BILLION dollar business);

Cosmo is said by one witness to have actually
won an out-of-court settlement against
GTE Hawaiian Tel which is mentioned in the
court docket but no details are given except
that Cosmo said in his own writing that he
was satisfied with the settlement agreement.
According to our source, Cosmo settled with
GTE out of court for $250,000;

Cosmo sued mayor Steven Yamashiro, the
Clerk of the Third Circuit Court, sued the
STATE OF HAWAII, COUNTY of HAWAII,
sued various police officers, sued insider
politicians Lorraine Inouye
(another case of nepotism,
it seems pretty obvious that she's related to
'Senator' Daniel Inouye), Russell Kokubun,
challenged the Hawaii State Bar Association
to prove that the Hawaii Revised Statutes
were never ratified into positive law
and proved by their circuitous and evasive
responses that the entire body
of Hawaii Revised Statutes, which daily
pass for 'law' in Hawai'i, ruining the lives
of innocent people daily and bringing

BILLIONS OF
DOLLARS IN UNLAWFUL AND EXTORTIONATE
REVENUE MONEY to the STATE;

In 1994, during court sessions for the famous
'promotion of a detrimental substance in the second degree
(cannabis, pot, marijuana), PC94-0294,
Cosmo taught judge Amano about many subjects;

In the same 1994 case,
Cosmo put judge Jeffrey Choi on citizens' arrest
in open court session, brought a 'joint' into the
courtroom which evidence got lost and
was found in the Clerk's office later, which
caused everyone in the courtoom to break
out laughing including judge Choi, the entire
judge Choi (marijuana) case was also shown
on the Cosmic Express show, much to the
embarrassment of judge Choi and others
in their court, which was shown on
KOHA-TV Public Access Channel 2, Hilo/Pahoa
via Jones Spacelink/Hawaiian Cablevision of Hilo
three nights per week on Friday, Sunday and Monday
on prime time at 8 PM on the Cosmic Express show;
Hawaiian-TV has requested the complete audio recordings
of this 1994 case and will publish them here as soon
as they are available.

Cosmo also sued the Big Island Press Club
(which obviously has intrinsic ties with
the evil and powerful Stephens Media Group,
which owns the Hawaii Tribune-Herald,
and also sued the
Hawaii Police Commission for not
investigating and protecting his rights;

Cosmo also sued the STATE for spraying of
the deadly toxins 'glyphosate' and 'glycel'
on the plants all over the island; it seems this
was another case he won, based on the court docket,
however some sources say that the spraying
contributed to Cosmo having his first-ever
heart attack a few days before his death;
it is also known that Cosmo had open water
catchments made from huge half-globes;
they could have been poisoned with alkalai
or other things which would gradually
bring on a heart attack .. however there
are other sources that say Cosmo was
held down and either shot up with
atropine sulfate or strangled and
suffocated to death; we are hoping that a full
investigation is re-opened into Cosmo's death
soon.

In addition to the 10 'STATE OF HAWAII' /
'COUNTY OF HAWAII' cases, there are
7 Federal cases;
in these Cosmo sued 'judge'
Napua Brown and other judges when no
relief was obtained against the 'STATE' and
'COUNTY' in their court;

yes, many people had multiple reasons
why they would want Cosmo dead.

Sources say that Cosmo never actually got
any money from GTE Hawaiian Tel;
their legal department they said the most
they could pay out at one time without
special approval was $15,000;
Cosmo agreed to get
that amount first and wait for the rest.

He was going to use most of the money to buy
land title for the Universal Peace Centre
and was going to save it as a surprise
for his children he hadn't been able to provide
for and also for his wife Star if she wanted
to be there on the land too
(plus helping the needy),
which is why the family was never told
about this settlement; Cosmo was waiting
until the land had been purchased or at least
until the money came in before springing the
surprise on Star and eventually
to his children; unfortunately it appears
from interviews with those closest to Cosmo
that he died intestate
(without leaving behind a Last Will and Testament)
so any property he had would have likely
reverted to the 'State' ..

let this be a lesson
in estate planning, make sure your estate
is properly deeded to your heirs so the property
doesn't revert to the dead STATE instead of
going to your loved ones; this also gives the
simplest explanation for why there are no
unclaimed property records shown for Cosmo
in the STATE's online database...

The very fact that Cosmo died intestate
gives rise to the theory that maybe he was
murdered for one reason in order to avoid
giving him the $250,000 settlement,
then using that settlement money to do the only
things he wasn't able to do to further his ends
that couldn't be done without the money;

Cosmo would be too powerful with his wisdom,
persistence and mission AND with a quarter
of a million dollars in flat money to make
the work of the Universal Peace Centre a
genuine center for helping We the People
of One Nation Under God;

There was also to be a public food pantry;
Cosmo applied to
be have the Universal Peace Centre
added to the rolls of the food pantries on
the Big Island, but was at the last minute
rejected, when the Hawaii Island Food Bank
realised that Cosmo would be feeding 'hippies'
and other non-conformist types
with the planned food pantry
they rejected his application.

Cosmo had planned to have a centre for
seed camp for Rainbow Gatherings, a large
public garden, places on the land for homeless people
to stay, for sick people to heal
and for anyone to have a place where they are
loved and cared for.

It was to be a learning and drop-in centre
where people could use computers and word
processors to fight legal cases, draft up their
books and other creative works and publish them
and just to have a safe space to be,
where the Principles of Universal Peace and the
Universal Law of Love prevail.
