Ute Maria Leinmüller / "Sunami" INVESTIGATION aka The PANGAIA FILES
Bobby (Robert Hugh) Garner (click photo to view his criminal record on eCrim for free) WANTED for questioning in connection with the Ute Leinmueller "Sunami" murder Mr. Garner has been recently interviewed while trespassing at Kalapana Seaview Estates Park, illegally harvesting coconuts with his friend. He was seen coming to the park with his friend in a blue pickup truck, his beard and mustache partially shaven and looking very drawn, as though his body had been through a lot of stress recently. He was again asked about Sunami in front of his friend, as to why Garner was so sure that Sunami's death was not an accident or suicide, and again went into a ballistic angry yelling tirade, such as we have already documented here on Hawaiian-TV. Garner added the lie that a warrant had been issued for the interviewer's arrest, in order to try to 'save face' in front of his friend. Mr. Garner replied to the accusations only by saying "**** You!" repeatedly. In the police report, a man called "M-53" is stated as a man riding a bicycle who lives "near the red and black gate". According to this recent interview with our source, "M-53" is none other than Bobby Garner. If said source is accurate, then Robert Hugh "Bobby" Garner is "M-53", the 53 year old male who had first handled all the fruits in Sunami's basket and then put them back, then moved Sunami's bags including her fruit basket, approximately 6 feet closer to the cliff ... the purpose of doing this would have to appear to be to make Sunami's death appear to be a suicide. Our conjecture is that he told the police he moved that bags because he wanted to be able to explain why Sunami's bags would bear his fingerprints. According to two brief interviews with Garner, Garner had already been down to Kehena beach at the bottom of the trail and "heard a commotion" ... Garner related that he then immediately followed a small throng of people at the beach (that day, December 29, 2000 was a Friday morning, whenthe beach is not that full, Sunday being the main drum circle gathering day of the week) and that Bobby Garner followed the rest of the people over to the rocks where Sunami's body was seen by him and the other spectators down on the beach; Garner related that after seeing Sunami's body on the rocks at the bottom by the beach, he went back up to the top of Kehena to the parking lot ... HOWEVER according to the police report, M-53 told police that he did not know who (Sunami's) bags and fruit basket belonged to, and also told police that he thought that the items in Sunami's fruit basket were "arranged ceremoniously" ... which matches what Garner told us during said brief interviews, that Sunami's fruit basket was left as a "suicide note" (actual quote) ... Garner further added the claim that it was "common knowledge" that Sunami had cancer, which has not borne out in light of all the evidence and witnesses thus far interviewed, including friends a family of Sunami's; all of the foregoing leads us to a well-supported theory that Robert Hugh "Bobby" Garner was either involved somehow in murdering Sunami or else is covering for someone else who did murder Sunami. We believe that were other people involved and a full investigation is pending. When asked if he was actually there at the scene at the time of her death, Bobby Garner said he wasn't there at the time. IF HE WASN'T THERE AT THE TIME, THEN WHY IS HE SO SURE, ANGRY AND EMOTIONAL ABOUT INSISTING IT WAS A SUICIDE??? BOBBY GARNER AUDIO : "I barely knew the woman!!" ... SUICIDE RULED OUT: Sunami was under a lot of stress due to the circumstances at PANGAIA and mentions several times in her diary that she had been suicidal in her past, but that now, despite all the impossible stress, fear and danger being heaped upon her at PANGAIA, she had a lot to live for [diary excerpts coming soon]. WANTED :   Kurt Patrick Ulmer ("M-38" in police report) Prime suspect in the Ute Maria "Sunami" Leinmueller murder investigation Born 'May 25, 1962' ("Gemini") according to his own audio recorded statement (forthcoming; Check back to this post for updates coming very soon!) Kurt Patrick Ulmer : Haitian Voodoo / Santeria practitioner, "social leech" (self-proclaimed President of www.socialleech.com , read more below), one of the last people to see Sunami 'alive' on December 29, 2000 according to the police report. IN the police report, Kurt Ulmer claims to have known Sunami long enough to say that 'she wasn't herself lately', that she 'wasn't as happy as she USUALLY WAS' ... as though he knew her fairly well. UPON being interviewed by telephone by our staff, Kurt Ulmer told us that he did NOT know Sunami but only 'just happened to be there at the time' when her body had just gone off the cliff. POLICE HAD TO SEARCH HIM OUT TO CONTACT HIM RATHER THAN HIM COMING FORWARD ON HIS OWN, according to the police report, as would be the case for people that are innocent; according to the police report, Kurt Ulmer was "told to contact" HPD officer Robert Almeida, but did NOT and had to be searched out by police instead and interviewed! We have copies of the telephone interview with Kurt Ulmer to document and prove our allegations; obviously Kurt Ulmer either lied to police and/or lied to us at Hawaiian-TV; either way that enough is a crime known as "False swearing in official matters", not to mention possible misprision of felony, or even worse, coverup of murder. Kurt Ulmer told Hawaiian-TV that he worked at the La Sirena Botanica bookstore since 1982, and that his "godmother" in the Santeria "religion" owned the store and that he would connect us with them (we told him we were interested in Santeria and Voudou in order to get this investigative information out of him). (although it's read that he's in Kansas for a long time, even though he was last found living in Fremont, California very recently). From the police report regarding Ute Maria "Sunami" Leinmueller, on "M-38" by HPD officer Robert E. Almeida (8392/105, pages 2 and 3 of 3): "MALE PARTY CONTACTED Prior to the staging of the helicopter, I made contact with a male party who was told to contact me by officer HODSON. He is identified as: ((ULMER, Kurt)) M-38 DOB: ((05-25-1962)) SSN: ______ RR 3, Box 2272 Pahoa, Hawaii Res. Ph: _____ ((ULMER)) stated that he was familiar with the victim. At approximately 1000 hours on his way down to the beach he saw her standing nude in the cleared area by the parking lot. He said that she was "messing around" with he luggage. He stated that he said, "Hi," to her. I asked _____ about her demeanor and if he knew anything about her. He stated that he knows her and lately she has not been herself. She was very despondent and she kept to herself. She was not as happy as she usually was. He had heard that she had ((cancer)) and been ((suicidal)) or something to that effect. He did not have much information to add at this point." +++++ Of course Kurt Ulmer would have the same story Bobby Garner (Robert Hugh Garner) and others would tell for years and are still telling, which is that Sunami had cancer and was suicidal, even though her diary entries and interviews with several people who knew her state the opposite, that she had a lot to live for, including her daughter Stephanie and was always taking great care of herself, in her diary she actually addressed the topic of suicide, saying specifically that though she was extremely upset about what was happening at PANGAIA, she would never commit suicide. This was recently corroborated by Lee Garner Parrish, her "husband-of-legality" she legally married to obtain citizenship in America so that she could continue to watch over her daughter, whom sources say was being sexually pursued by sexual predator Jay Steven "Steve" "Manis" Martin, founder of PANGAIA; Sunami started to tell Paradisian this when Sunami and Paradisian met in 2000, before she started breaking off into tears and got too upset to talk about it with Paradisian who was offering her help but at the time she didn't know him well enough to trust him with the information. 2005: He worked in a Santeria bookstore, for a Santeria practitioner and helped her even produce materials for her shop. These articles show that Kurt Ulmer, who according to the police report claimed to have seen Sunami nude that day, is a blood-drinking, animal-sacrificing Haitian Voudoun Santeria practitioner. The article says he got "exposed" to Voudoun "in the 1980s", which means he was already into in when he met Sunami, and also that he hadn't quit at all but was full-blown on it in 2005. These people have also been accused of human sacrifice as some articles I am searching for seem to indicate. He is wanted for questioning in connection with the murder investigation of Ute Maria "Sunami" Leinmueller, who lived at his cult's farm called PANGAIA, from 1998 until her untimely 'death' on 'December 29, 2000' at Kehena Beach, Hawaii. In a recent phone call with Kathy Vashro (see photo below!) (Jim Vashro's wife) she asked me repeatedly to take down her photo from this website because she is not connected with the 'old PANGAIA', except that the reported deal of selling the title has not gone through 'yet' and the whole rumour that the title has been sold may be little more than a cover story to give "Manis" time to disappear into obscurity and flee from prosecution; since Kathy obviously knows how to contact "Manis" if she's even involved in buying title, and can't even contact him, ... and doesn't have enough suspicion of just WHY "Manis Martin" cannot be contacted even though according to the public story he's in the process of selling the title for $450,000 to a group of 12 people, with no opportunity for new investors or members, EVER, i.e. a "closed community", as Kathy put it. Kathy told me upon questioning that she's "not cagey" ... yet her main interest during the call, repeated about 10 times during the call in various forms, was that her photo and name be removed. I said she was dishonest and she replied by acting like I had insulted her, that 'if there's anything I am it's honest' garbage.... problem is her story about Manis totally does not add up, as we have already shown here... all this also means that Kathy is covering for Manis which means we now may have first face prima facie plain evidence of commission of the crimes of misprision of felony and harboring a fugitive, plus accessory after the fact of whatever crimes "Manis" may have committed or having been an accessory to committing. I told Kathy I'd take her picture down (and then realised I should put it back up!) because of the following things that happened and that Kathy told me: 1. 'This is the new Pangaia, none of the people here know anything about it, I didn't know anything about what happened here before', and she sounds convincing but the evidence proves otherwise. 2. 'I'm not in charge anymore, this is my last day' (how coincidental and handy, just when I call to question her, it's her 'last day' as a "manager" there. Hmmmmm. 3. 'I've made this into a loving place, etc. .. maybe she has but she hasn't been honest with me, I'd hate to have a proven-dishonest "manager" trying to start a fruitarian community ... which hasn't been sold, the current title holder is on the run at an undisclosed location "2 hours from a bank", according to a direct quote from Kathy Vashro, purportedly quoting "Manis" Martin ... Sorry Kathy, when I realised at the end of the call that you weren't honest with me ... and then I 'mysteriously' couldn't reach you back on the phone after it sounded like you hung up on me quietly ... I will also follow up on the Arsenic investigation so make sure and have that done and provide proof to the public that it has been done AND if high levels of arsenic are found in the soil at 'PANGAIA' that you inform the public, if you do not we will; we have a copy of the police report regarding the 'death' of Sunami, Ute Leinmueller, including a phone call from SOMEONE AT RR 2, BOX 3311, PAHOA 96778 (*PANGAIA'S OFFICIAL ADDRESS*) where a man identified as "M-40" meaning a 40 year old 'Male' at that address who works as a "Farmer" who used the same exact phrases recorded in the police report as he told myself and John Tyler IV on the telephone when questioned in '2007', A.D. This man, "M-40" stated that the soil at "PANGAIA" (in Kapoho / Koa'e Community at 14-266 ['#6'] Papaya Farms Road) had "high levels of arsenic" ... if Jay Steven "Manis" Martin told this to the cops then, if it's true, then we know that he's been HIDING THE FACT FOR YEARS that everyone there that was eating food grown on the arsenic-poisoned soil at PANGAIA which "Manis" told police came from the Hamakua Coast, AND HAD BEEN TESTED AND FOUND TO CONTAIN HIGH LEVELS OF ARSENIC. On the other hand, the real truth may be that the arsenic story is another disinformation story, to serve the dual purpose of hiding the real truth which appears to be that Sunami's herbs had been poisoned by someone who 'acted just like a little boy', who stole Sunami's bentonite vial she was using for internal cleansing (Michael Galloway was selling her cleansing herbs and his family name can be traced back to those whose stock-in-trade was to bring people to and from the gallows, the deathly execution instrument that beheaded people left over from the Gauls of France ... during one short conversation between myself Paradisian and Michael Galloway, he was questioned as to his ancestry and told me that he's French-English. The day I was at PANGAIA the main reason I did not stay with Sunami longer than about 30 minutes was that I thought that Michael Galloway was either Sunami's boyfriend ... or more likely a wanna-be. No-one wants Sunami's photograph ever seen except for those who love her, because when the would see just how beautiful she is in every way, both inside and out, they will realise that she was like a magnet for all kinds of men, all of whom, present partner excepted, treated her like a sex object, which Sunami would never tolerate, having been brought up an Old Believer and beyond. What is also perhaps even more interesting is that Sunami (Ute Maria Leinmueller, who was murdered around Christmas Day, year '2000' by her physical body being thrown off the cliff at Kehena Beach, Hawai'i, mentioned in her diary, which by the Lord Yahweh God's providence is part of the only police report we are aware of at this time which bears her name, that a certain woman (we do not yet have her name at this time, but she WAS the Filipina wife/bride of a man named Joel LeBlanc [pronouned Jo-EL', with the accent on the second syllable, I was told]) who was reported by Sunami and others to have COMMITTED SUICIDE BY HANGING HERSELF, IMMEDIATELY NEXT DOOR TO PANGAIA ... AND SHE HAD A SIX (6) YEAR OLD SON TO LIVE FOR, ACCORDING TO EVERYONE WHO KNEW ABOUT HER AT ALL. THE NEWSPAPERS HAVE NO RECORD OF THE INCIDENT WE WERE YET ABLE TO FIND DESPITE DILIGENT RESEARCH, NEITHER ARE THERE ANY RECORDS RELATED TO THIS CASE IN THE HPD (Hawaii Police Department) Official Releases or anywhere else we have been able to discover yet; Joel LeBlanc was telephoned the other day several times and when questioned about the reported "SUICIDE" of his ex-wife, he responded only that "You should mind your own business", "I don't care", and "Don't go blabbing this all around town." Then he hung up the phone on us. After that, we left a message on his voice mail (he answered the phone the first time) essentially saying that if he didn't murder his wife or isn't covering for someone else, then he should come clean and give us a chance to exonerate him. We told him that it might be an emotional subject he doesn't want to talk about but it has been 10 years since it happened and this is a public investigation, therefore duty overrides convenience as to having one's feelings hurt or not; but however this may be, Joel himself said that he doesn't care ("I don't care"), so it can't just be an emotional issue to him, it sounds far more like another murder cover-up. The investigation into the 'death' of Joel LeBlanc's wife continues ... Due to all the foregoing facts, anyone considering vacationing at Joel LeBlanc's "Da Coconut Farm" "Vacation Rentals" in "Kapoho" should be aware of this investigation and his extremely cagey and secretive behaviour regarding the 'death' of his former wife and act with appropriate caution towards him. (It is really in Koa'e properly, not "Kapoho", right next door to PANGAIA, '#7 Papaya Farms Road' ... which I should mention DOES NOT SHOW UP UNDER JOEL'S NAME in the property tax records, although he could be renting or have the title in someone else's name ... or could be trying to hide where he lives to avoid investigation and possible criminal prosecution with regard to his wife's 'death'.) It appears from police reports that her husband is Stefan Jorke, who the police report says is from the same town as Sunami. Her husband-to-be, Paradisian (Dane Eric Gross ["Computerman" , Technical Assistant on Hawaiian-TV] ), met and fell in love with her immediately, tried to warn her about two pretty young women whom he had coincidentally met in Hilo town who had been at the cult and had escaped in the middle of the night to avoid taking place in "sexual/satanic rituals". The police report contains an interview with one man ('M-38') who says he saw her NUDE next to the Kehena Beach 'circle' parking lot; this man did not hesistate to approach Sunami even though (he claims) she was nude. 3. The police report says a guy ("M-38") saw Sunami nude by the right side of the Kehena parking lot circle, even though, as previously said, Sunami didn't go nude at Kehena and was very shy. Police have testimony of many witnesses to the effect that Sunami is shy so the police should have thought it strange that this guy says he saw her nude .. HE IS ONE OF THE MAIN SUSPECTS. BUT "M-30" says he saw her "FULLY CLOTHED" at the Kehena Beach parking lot circle. In the M-30 account the man has a snorkel, in the M-38 account no snorkel is mentioned, but in both cases he says "Hi" to Sunami at about the same time on December 29, 2000; it has even been conjectured that M-38 and M-30 are the same man: "At approximately 1000 hours on his way down to the beach he saw her standing nude ..." ~ (cite to come, check back) 4. Steve "Manis" Martin was never directly accused of "killing Ute" yet he immediately said we were accusing him of "killing Ute" ... this type of behavior usually shows a very guilty conscience or someone who has no conscience but is simply afraid of getting caught. (from the Pangaia video "Fruit of the Land" public domain, Fair Use copyright) has been left in charge IN HIS PLACE, which to our knowledge has NEVER BEFORE HAPPENED IN THE ENTIRE 19-YEAR HISTORY OF PANGAIA; "Kathy" said Manis was "off-island" and would not give more specifics ... a fairly long conversation was had between Paradisian and Kathy, where Paradisian informed Kathy of this internet web page you are now reading and she was asked to read it and understand what type of EVIL CULT she has inherited management of... 6. The day Steve Martin got a TRO (Temporary Restraining Order) against him for threatening Paradisian, that very night at about 10:30 P.M. six cop cars with blue lights hovered menacingly in front of Paradisian's place on the street in order to terrorize him and scare him into stopping the Sunami investigation. 7. Steve "Manis" Martin told Paradisian and John Tyler on the phone that the last place Sunami lived was at Raydiance's ("Raydiant Health Retreat" right next to the Amau'ulu "Warm Ponds" Beach Park). Steve said that Raydiance dropped Sunami off at 5:30 in the morning of the day Sunami died, which was December 29, 2000. Raydiance confirmed this 5:30 A.M. time that day of picking up Sunami, according to Paradisian's brief interview with Raydiance. Raydiance (given name Angela Cristine Grace?), RAYDIANCE TOLD THE HPD COPS A DIFFERENT STORY WHEN THEY INTERVIEWED HER IN 2000, SAYING THAT Sunami had left Raydiance's place on her own at around 9:30 in the morning that same day. Did Raydiance lie to the cops or to Paradisian? 8. Upon being questioned by Paradisian, after Paradisian told her that he had reason to believe it was not an accident or a suicide, RAYDIANCE STARTED YELLING AND GETTING VERY UPSET, SHOUTING THAT "All you need to know is that Sunami fell off the cliff and that it was an accident, don't even question it!!" which is exactly the type of behaviour expected from someone with a lot to cover up. Raydiance refused to hear the new evidence we had uncovered and refused to continue the conversation at all, eventually belligerently hanging up the phone on Paraidsian. Raydiance became unavailable for several months by telephone after that and it was rumored that she went to Thailand right after Paradisian told her that due to her suspicious behavior she was a suspect too. Thailand is where Steve Martin's brother Scott Martin lives for most of the year and where Michael Galloway, who sold Sunami some herbs for internal cleansing, also lives. 9. Sunami died during Christmas holiday just like Dana Ireland in 1991. 10. The Sunami case follows a PATTERN perhaps discovered by John Tyler: (mostly) Caucasian, blonde haired, blue eyed women are the ones abducted; they are all either young and innocent or older and innocent types, nature lovers, Godly, Bible-reading women, the type a Satanic cult would hate, persecute and even murder. 11. The police report contains 16 pages in English translated from German from Sunami's diary. In the diary, Sunami repeatedly states that she is SURROUNDED BY AGGRESSION, there is ANGER, HATE, FEAR, HURT, theft of her things, being made to shower outside in the garden hose where there is no privacy, a meeting called about her to dissuade her from doing her health program, her being talked into eating meat against her better judgment and ultimately feeling afraid to even stay at PANGAIA and calling PANGAIA a "prison" and a "big trap". YET THE HPD POLICE DETECTIVES ON THE CASE IGNORED ALL THIS CLEAR EVIDENCE INCLUDING NAMES OF EVERYONE INVOLVED AND "CLOSED" THE CASE, "RECORD ONLY" WITHOUT EVER INVESTIGATING ANY OF THE CLAIMS. 12. "CASE CLOSED, RECORD ONLY" : The investigation was classified "CASE CLOSED, RECORD ONLY", for two bad and illegal reasons: 1. IGNORING ALL EVIDENCE IN THE DIARY AND ALL INCONSISTENCIES IN THE POLICE REPORT (which are many) because the investigators deliberately want the case closed so they can cover up for their criminal cop friends in HPD and their buddies and 2. BECAUSE ONE HPD POLICE DETECTIVE BRIEFLY ASKED Sunami's then-17-YEAR-OLD MINOR DAUGHTER Stephanie Joerke and Sunami's husband-of-convenience-strictly-for-citizenship, Lee Parrish's informal statements that they were 'satisfied with the investigation', as though either of them, a 17 year old girl or a guy who never did an investigation in his life and who didn't care about Sunami at all except to have sex with her in trade for citizenship know anything about police investigative work. "At this time they did express their satisfaction with our investigation. In view of the above, I recommend that this case be closed, record only." ~ HPD Detective Benton P. Bolos THE CLOSING OF THIS CASE WAS THE DELIBERATE AND KNOWING ACT OF HPD POLICE DETECTIVES WHO ARE TRYING TO COVER UP HPD POLICE INVOLVEMENT IN THE RAPE AND MURDER OF UTE LEINMUELLER. .. and likely many other cases. HPD officer and detective Gregory M. Esteban (#32) of Hilo's Criminal Investigation Section (CIS) stated on the record on "1-04-2001" at "1433 HRS" and "1450 hours", JUST 6 SHORT DAYS AFTER OPENING THE INVESTIGATION, "Being that no foul play is involved in this case, I recommend that this case be closed, record only" (PAGE 9 OF 9 PAGES, 8731/109, police report G-52725) and "I recommend that this investigation be closed, record only" on the first intro page of the transcription of Sunami's diary; this was 'seconded' by HPD police detective Benton P. Bolos (#91) on "1-05-2001" at "0955 HRS" (PAGE 2 OF 2 PAGES, 8828/109, police report G-52725) , just one week from the start of this investigation, with the following inexplicable reason given: "I did contact the victim's husband and daughter while at the Pahoa Police Substation. At this time the victim's belongings were returned to them. I did explain to them that an autopsy was done on the victim and it was determined that she had died from her injuries sustained by an accidental fall. At this time they did express their satisfaction with our investigation. In view of the above, I recommend that this case be closed, record only." To close the case after reading Sunami's diary which we now know is full of evidence that should have been followed up on is a criminal act. Gregory M. Esteban and Benton P. Bolos should be fired from the Hawaii Police Department (HPD) or severely reduced in pay and re-trained, if they still work for HPD at all. 7 HPD police detectives: Derek Pacheco (#10), Kahiki Hodson (#298), Robert Almeida (#59), Gregory M. Esteban (#32), Benton P. Bolos (#91), Dana Allan Chong Tim (#46), and Nixon Medina (#60), Hawaii Fire Department pilot Alvin J. Tobosa, Hawaii Fire Department Fire / Rescue Specialist Brent Matsuda and Fire Captain Quince Mento of the Waiakea Division of the Hawaii Fire Department are now under investigation for impeding a coroner's inquest, covering up evidence, false swearing in official matters, aiding and abetting, and being accessories to murder or possibly manslaughter and rape. 13. Toxicology reports were ordered but the results were never even included in the police report sent to Hawaiian-TV; the results should have been included with redactions but were instead completely missing ... we believe this is not an accidental oversight but a deliberate omission to cover up the fact this was a rape and murder case and not an "accidental fall from a height". 14. Autopsy reports are so blacked out yet wording in between black-outs ('redactions') makes it quite obvious that MEDICAL FINDINGS WERE MADE THAT WERE UNUSUAL, which are also being covered up. 15. SUNAMI'S BODY, WHERE IS IT NOW? The final disposition of the remains of the body is not clear; IT COULD BE THAT SUNAMI'S BODY WAS CREMATED OR OTHERWISE 'LOST' OR DESTROYED (possibly even used in Satanic rituals?) SO AS TO COVER UP EVIDENCE. It has even been suggested that organs may have been removed from her body and sold. 16. Every interview with anyone who claims to have any photographs, videos, etc. about Sunami absolutely and steadfastly refuse to even scan a photo and send it to Paradisian or Hawaiian-TV .. this includes Steve Martin, Jonathan 'Trees' McGee (co-founder with Suzanne 'Z' McGee of "Raw Paradise" community, where Trees and Z said Sunami had stayed for awhile; Suzanne said she still gets massages from Sunami's daughter Stephanie Joerke and that she is breaking up with Jon, maybe over the fact that Jon is friends with Steve "Manis" Martin, PANGAIA co-founder, and Suzanne maybe wants to eat good raw fruit instead of evil raw blood?), Scott Randall Martin (read below), and Raydiance. 17. Suzanne 'Z' McGee told Paradisian that "I've seen several women, over the years, running screaming down the street away from PANGAIA in the middle of the night". Suzanne requested that Paradisian not contact her about this anymore; Paradisian asked her why because she could be so helpful in this investigation and Suzanne just told Paradisian that she was "scared". Suzanne told Paradisian that "that place has always been a problem, but no-one knows what to do about it, everyone's scared to try to do something about it". This same sentiment was shared by Honey M. Burns, another resident of Kapoho. 18. PANGAIA is an offshoot of a bizarre, free-love commune from the late 1970s called SHIVALILA. Shivalila believes that anyone who can appreciate sex with anyone else should participate in sex ... not much of a requirement is it? (read on for more details). Shivalila was known for taking LSD and other psychedelics (maybe this is the source of the psilocybin mushroom story?, read more about that below) and having immoral group-sex parties, similar to what the two women Paradisian said were happening at all hours of the night, which is why they went sneaking out at 2 A.M. to escape PANGAIA. 19. THE MUSHROOMS/"DANCING ON THE EDGE OF A CLIFF" STORY: Sunami was said by one woman to be "high on mushrooms" and was "dancing on the edge of the cliff". We are trying to find the original source of this story. SUNAMI DIDN'T DO DRUGS, according to her diary she thought even "over eating is a drug", and refused even a single puff of marijuana when offered to her by Paradisian when they met in 2000. This must then be another cover-up, the "mushroom story". The "dancing on the edge of a cliff" story is also told as a variant without Sunami having eaten mushrooms but with her only being too weak from fasting and dancing on the edge of a cliff. THIS IS THE STUPIDEST THING WE HAVE EVER HEARD, that anyone in their right mind would be dancing on the edge of a cliff. Paradisian met Sunami and, counter to Steve "Manis" Martin's and other co-conspirators' false descriptions of Sunami, Paradisian found her to be very lucid, clear-headed and very intelligent, not the type who would 'dance on the edge of a cliff'. Furthermore, SUNAMI 'DIED' ON A MOONLESS NIGHT. MUSHROOMS DON'T GROW ON MOONLESS NIGHTS. Some have suggested that they were dried mushrooms but anyone who eats psilocybin mushrooms knows that they should be eaten freshly picked by the one who picks them. This is also how everyone we have ever met or known in Hawai'i has always eaten them, fresh, which invalidates the mushroom story. According to one close source, the mushroom story was heard from someone named Sherry (sp?) Greenwood. We hope to trace this story to its origin but have not yet been able to contact anyone named Sherry Greenwood. "Drug use": I asked him about any drug use and he stated that he never saw her do any drugs" ~ HPD detective Gregory M. Esteban, reporting on his interview with M-40 (probably Steve Martin) 20. 'TOO WEAK AND SLID FROM THE CLIFF': Sunami was said by Steve "Manis" Martin, Raydiance and some others that 'she just got too close to the cliff and was so weak and unco-ordinated from fasting that she simply lost her balance and slid from the cliff.. we also believe that it is Steve Martin that was interviewed ('M-40, Cau, Farmer, RR2 Box 3311, Pahoa 96778 ...) HOWEVER THE POLICE REPORT ALSO STATES ('M-60', the man that is said to have given Sunami a ride at 10 AM on December 29, 2000 to Kehena Beach circle) THAT SUNAMI WAS CARRYING AROUND THE ISLAND BAGS WEIGHING MAYBE 100 POUNDS THAT DAY. How then is that possible if Sunami was weak and "blacked out" as M-40 is said to be likely to have happened? And how can he have known much about Sunami if she was mostly shy and banished to the back area of PANGAIA and he hardly ever saw her? M-40 states to police that he had seen Sunami almost black out at different times. Paradisian also saw that Sunami had excellent balance, as he tripped over the twisted pathway to Sunami's lean-to at PANGAIA in 2000 and Sunami went over it like her feet weren't even touching the ground, with the balance of an expert and graceful ballerina. ANOTHER COVER-UP STORY. Sunami also talks about her own balance in her diary, she values balance in one sense or another. 21. 1991 is the year that Dana Ireland was rammed with a car, brutally raped and murdered is the year when Jay Steven "Manis" Martin started PANGAIA with his ex-wife Flora Proulx (Flora is also missing or unlocatable at this time, we hope she is safe; she left PANGAIA and Steve "Manis" Martin). Could it be that PANGAIA is somehow connected with the murder of Dana Ireland also? 22. 1991 (and 2000 ... ) (2, 20) : 1991 and 2000 have the same "2" or "20" vibration, "diplomacy" or "diplomacy on a grander scale", which is the vibration of Jesus the Christ and others who teach higher truths. "Bella" (a former Pahoa Island Naturals health food store manager) was fired shortly after Paradisian's life was threatened inside and outside the store after he had had a vision and accused Bella of knowing the people at PANGAIA and of leading the prayer circle trying to pray Sunami to death with Sunami's photo in the middle of the table. Paradisian wound up telling Island Naturals owner Russell Ruderman that he would sue Ruderman for $100,000,000 (yes, that's one hundred million dollars) in a class action suit for collateral damages done via genocide actions against Ebionites who couldn't afford their prices, people they had called the police on just for sitting outside .. and myself who had his life threatened twice in one minute by one of his employees without provocation. "Paradisian" called Pahoa Island Naturals to apologize for his mistake in thinking he'd left his notebook inside the store, thinking some employee had picked it up. During his conversations, he was told that there was a VIDEO made in the story of the whole encounter. We believe that, knowing the video exists and having been told by Paradisian that he'd have the video subpoenaed for proof AGAINST Pahoa Island Naturals that Paradisian's life was threatened in the store and outside the store, completely unprovoked by Paradisian except for him telling Bella, in a perfectly normal tone of voice privately that hers was the missing face in the psychic investigators' remote viewing, by an employee, the guy with the bad (probably meth-damaged) teeth who works in the back and always wears an apron. When Paradisian called the store to apologize because he found his notebook in his car a little later, he asked to speak with Russell Ruderman. Paradisian made a comment about it being the Passover and that Ruderman, being of 'Jewish' ancestry, might also celebrate the Passover. Russell Ruderman's reply : "**** YOUR RELIGION, AND **** YOU!!!" ~ Russell Ruderman, to Paradisian before Ruderman he slammed down the phone. Paradisian thought, "Yep. A Rude-r man I haven't met in a long time". Ruderman had the nerve to run for Fifth District for the Hawaii County Council. Thank God he didn't win. 25. "Bella" the dog: Stephanie Joerke was trying to give away a dog named "Bella"... another clue that Bella really does know the PANGAIA people, as Sunami's daughter Stephanie was mentioned very soon by Steve Martin after a call to Stephanie, who mentioned some of the content of the call we'd just had. We have a photo of the "Bella" poster ("Bella needs a good home"). Honestly, what's the likelihood of someone naming their dog "BELLA", .. unless they at least knew someone named Bella. ?? 26. Stephanie Joerke, Sunami's daughter, wound up unknowingly buying the property right behind the one formerly owned by Coconut John Tyler, President of Hawaiian-TV, just another proof that 'there are no accidents'. 27. Stephanie Joerke still hosts Capoeira sorcery meetings at her house in Seaview which continue to disturb the entire community with loud yells and music sometimes starting at 6 AM in the morning on Sunday of all days and sometimes going on until midnight. These gatherings apparently include overnight stays of Mestre Jurandir and his troupe, because they can all be clearly heard partying with the rest of the gathering even past the time everyone else goes home. This suggests that at least one basic reason why Stephanie Joerke has been completely uncooperative regarding information regarding her mother, e-mailing scans of photographs of Sunami, etc. is that Stephanie Joerke IS STILL INVOLVED not only WITH PANGAIA but related evil cultist activities which she most likely first experienced at PANGAIA (PANGAIA has been doing Capoeira since Sunami lived there with her daughter). 28. Lee G. Parrish, the man who claims to have legally married Sunami just so she could get citizenship and he could get sex, told Paradisian that he has many photos of Sunami and also a whole video of her... yet absolutely refuses to even scan and e-mail even one photo to Paradisian or Hawaiian-TV; we consider this to be extremely suspicious, when someone won't take LARGE OFFERS OF CASH FOR A SINGLE PHOTO. What are these people trying to hide? 29. "BECAUSE THEY ARE EVIDENCE" : 52 PHOTOS of Sunami's body and the Kehena Beach parking lot and cliff area were taken and are part of the full police report ... only 4 were released to Hawaiian-TV, NONE OF THEM SHOWING Sunami's body SO THAT WE CANNOT SOLVE THE CRIME. WE WERE TOLD BY HPD POLICE DEPARTMENT LIEUTENANT Medeiros THAT "EVEN NEXT OF KIN WILL NEVER GET TO SEE ANY OF THOSE PHOTOS". I asked him why and he said, "BECAUSE THEY ARE EVIDENCE". Evidence of what, cover-up of a rape and murder?? 30. Bobby Garner : SUSPECT. Rides the Kapoho bus from Kaimu Left Point to Kehena beach early in the morning and back (or used to; after two nervous interviews with Hawaiian-TV he seems to be avoiding taking the bus anymore), one of the first people to get there as a regular for years on Sunday. Coconut John asked him about Sunami, saying he thinks maybe it wasn't an accident. Bobby Garner flew off the handle, SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF HIS LUNGS that Sunami's death was an accident, and don't ever suggest it was anything else (exactly the same way that Raydiance did).  Bobby (Robert Hugh) Garner (click photo to view his criminal record on eCrim for free) When asked if he was actually there at the scene at the time of her death, Bobby Garner said he wasn't there at the time. IF HE WASN'T THERE AT THE TIME, THEN WHY IS HE SO SURE, ANGRY AND EMOTIONAL ABOUT INSISTING IT WAS A SUICIDE??? BOBBY GARNER AUDIO : "I barely knew the woman!!" ... "Get me the hell off this damn bus RIGHT NOW!!" "This is a lot of knowledge from someone who didn't know her." ~ John Tyler "CANCER": Bobby Garner is also responsible for spreading the LIE that Sunami had cancer and so committed suicide. When asked how he knew this and that no one else had ever told him that before, Bobby Garner told Paradisian that "it was common knowledge". IF IT WAS "COMMON KNOWLEDGE", THEN WHY HAS IT NEVER BEEN MENTIONED BY ANYONE EXCEPT FOR BOBBY GARNER?? This increases suspicion of his involvement in Sunami's death even more... it's as though he has to MAKE UP EXCUSES for why Sunami died ... isn't that the type of thing that only a GUILTY PERSON does??? "FRUIT BASKET WAS LEFT BY SUNAMI AS A SIGN SHE COMMITTED SUICIDE" story was also started by Bobby Garner as far as we can tell, and if challenged on the fruit basket issue, Bobby Garner turns extremely angry, loud and belligerent. If Bobby Garner "barely knew the woman!" and wasn't present when she went off the cliff, then why does he claim to be so sure that the fruit basket was left by Sunami as a monument to a plan to commit suicide?? 31. SUICIDE RULED OUT: Sunami was under a lot of stress due to the circumstances at PANGAIA and mentions several times in her diary that she had been suicidal in her past, but that now, despite all the impossible stress, fear and danger being heaped upon her at PANGAIA, she had a lot to live for [diary excerpts coming soon]. CANCER: This variant of the "Sunami Committed Suicide" story has Bobby Garner falsely claimed that Sunami committed suicide because she was feeling hopeless having been diagnosed with cancer. See number 30. above in this list for more on Bobby Garner as a prime suspect in the death of Ute Maria Leinmüller / "Sunami". 32. BLACK BACKPACK NOT ACCOUNTED FOR : According to the police report, there was a black backpack found, which HPD POLICE VIOLATED NORMAL PROCEDURE to let some teenagers go and retrieve... MORE IMPORTANTLY, THE BACKPACK CONTENTS WERE NEVER ACCOUNTED FOR IN THE POLICE REPORT. 33. REDACTIONS : COMPARATIVELY MANY REDACTIONS MEANS COVER-UP : The sheer number of redactions (blot-outs of important information, names, etc.) in Hawaiian-TV's copy of the police report on the death of Ute Maria "Sunami" Leinmüller strongly suggests that there is a very strong cover-up by HPD police; the police report regarding the death of Astara Evenstar on January 10, 2004 had to go to Maui County Corporation Counsel and took almost 3 months to be approved, yet it has relatively very few redactions made and even names and telephone numbers of prime suspects in the Astara Evenstar case are given. 34. "LOOSE MATERIAL" : The idea that "loose material" at the edge of the cliff was responsible for Sunami's "accidental fall" : Hawaiian-TV has checked the whole edge of the cliff and remembers the same vegetation there in 2000 ... any loose grave there is covered by plants. One of the police investigators tried mentioning "loose gravel" as another way to cloud the issue and throw people off the scent. 35. SUNAMI'S MOTHER DELIBERATELY NOT CONTACTED: Letter from Germany from Sunami's mother containing 20 German Marks was ignored; SUNAMI'S MOTHER WAS DELIBERATELY NOT CONTACTED ABOUT SUNAMI'S DEATH BECAUSE HER MOTHER WAS PLANNING TO BE INSTRUMENTAL IN EXPOSING THE PANGAIA CULT. 36. SUNAMI'S AUNT DELIBERATELY NOT CONTACTED: Sunami's aunt was also mentioned in her diary, yet her aunt was also never contacted for the same reason as above. 37. A watch(/watches?) was/were variously described or else not included in the property inventory; once it was described as a colorful Swatch watch and another time was described as something like a black watch with brass trim (check back here for details after we check the report, this is hot off the press as they say) 38. A KNIFE was not included in one of the property inventories but was included in another. What happened to the knife and why??? 39. SNORKEL MAN: A man with a snorkel alleged to have invited Sunami to go and snorkel with him and went back to get a (second) snorkel (for her) and when he got back he claims Sunami was gone. THE HPD POLICE NEVER FOLLOWED UP ON AN INVESTIATION WITH THIS MAN. 40. MORE PROOF PARADISIAN WAS ARRESTED DUE TO HIS INVESTIGATION OF THE UTE "SUNAMI" LEINMULLER CASE: Paradisian was arrested by HPD police officer Romeo V. Fuiava on a 'bench warrant' for a traffic ticket related to the Ka'u ride which ended up with 'Paradisian's' car destroyed by fire using about $10. worth of gasoline (see photos at the bottom), almost certainly by police involved in ticketing the car. PARADISIAN WAS ARRESTED BY HPD POLICE OFFICER ROMEO V. FUIAVA ON THE EXACT 8TH ANNIVERSARY OF SUNAMI'S BODY GOING OFF THE CLIFF, December 29, 2008. IT IS WELL KNOWN 'ON THE STREET' THAT BAD COPS, BAD PROSECUTORS AND BAD JUDGES LIKE TO ARREST PEOPLE AND SET COURT DATES FOR ANNIVERSARIES, HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS DELIBERATELY, SOMETIMES TO SUBLIMINALLY SEND 'DON'T F*** WITH US' TO THE PEOPLE TO INTIMIDATE THEM. THIS IS ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF THIS SUBLIMINAL BAD COP TACTIC. Bad cop Romeo V. Fuiava also told Paradisian that if he didn't show I.D. (('proving he is one of theirs')), that he would be tasered, which is now well-known to be fatal, another warning/attempt on Paradisian's life for doing this investigation. According to Paradisian, Fuiava sneered an evil bad cop grin during the entire taser threat and arrest. 41. NO HAPPY LIFE WITH HER "HUSBAND" LEE G. PARRISH: The police report has Lee G. Parrish, Sunami's alleged husband-of-convenience-for-citizenship (he indicated in so many words that he got sex out of Sunami in trade, we have our doubts). This is a total fabrication and is provable by the fact that the police report says elsewhere and Sunami's diary says in her own words that she MOVED OUT OF LEE'S PLACE to go and live on her own, that "Lee is not much better" (Lee's name was redacted but it logically would have to be him). 42. Lee G. Parrish: Hawaiian-TV found out that he is a bamboo dealer in Puna. We called his house and asked for him but he answered and pretended to be someone else who didn't speak English. Lee Parrish was put on the phone with Paradisian by Steve "Manis" Martin when Paradisian first started investigating the Sunami case and Lee cracked rude jokes about how he "had my fun" with Sunami in exchange for citizenship, or so he claimed. Sunami WAS ALSO BEING FALSELY PORTRAYED AS A SEXUALLY LOOSE WOMAN SO AS TO DISCREDIT HER, much as Mary Magdalene was in Jesus' day or Susanna was in the tale of Susanna and Daniel in the Apocrypha. Lee G. Parrish claims to have photos and video of Sunami BUT REFUSES TO EVEN SCAN ONE PHOTO AND EMAIL IT. We consider him to be a prime suspect in the conspiracy to murder Ute Maria Leinmüller / "Sunami". 43. OBITUARIES NON-EXISTENT, NO GRAVE TO VISIT !! : No obituaries were ever published in any Hawai'i newspaper, no memorial service was mentioned and there is no grave or memorial site for Sunami known to anyone at this time. THIS IS AN OUTRAGE!!!! AND HELPS TO PROVE SHE WAS IGNORED, STUFFED UNDER THE RUG, MURDERED TO SILENCE HER. Those who love Sunami should be able to visit a grave site or mortuary if they feel that need but cannot because of this outrageous and illegal cover-up of an obvious cult-related rape and murder. A PRIVATE WAKE WAS HELD FOR SUNAMI SHORTLY AFTER HER PASSING. Sunami is a great teacher of health, nature and Godly things and her message of Love and Health in Paradise should be shared with all. 44. Scott Randall Martin (Jay Steven "Steve" "Manis" Martin's twin brother) : Scott Martin burned Paradisian in business in 1997 when he ordered "cassia pods" (cassia fistula, "golden shower") by very specific instructions. Paradisian had to repeat the order several times, Scott sent him unripe pods twice at great expense (about $140. for pods, plus shipping costs. All the fruit sent by Steve was unripe even after Paradisian explained repeatedly that the fruit had to be very dark brown, and that he should taste it for sweetness.) Paradisian told Scott he'd sue but later figured it would be too much trouble. Scott being a vindictive S.O.B. told his brother about it. Paradisian had people against him at PANGAIA at about the same time as Sunami arrived there in 1997/8. SCOTT MARTIN WAS QUESTIONED ABOUT SUNAMI'S 'DEATH'. SCOTT MARTIN HAD THE SAME ANGRY, INCREDULOUS, "don't you have anything better to do with your time?" mocking attitude about this investigation as his twin brother. SCOTT RANDALL MARTIN IS EQUALLY SUSPECT due to his angry reaction to questions about Sunami, because he escaped to Thailand (same place as Raydiance and Michael Galloway. Michael Galloway was there during the same rare 30 minutes that Paradisian was with Sunami at PANGAIA) .. it seems that all these suspicious people hang out together. 45. Michael Galloway : Kept trying to sell both Paradisian and Sunami herbs 'for internal cleansing'. Sunami mentions this in her diary. Sunami told Paradisian when they met that she didn't really believe in using processed artificial stuff but preferred raw fruit and water instead. Paradisian agreed. SUNAMI HAD BOUGHT AND HAD USED SOME OF THE HERBS, according to both Sunami and Michael Galloway. This is not suspicious in itself but what is suspicious is how Michael Galloway has maintained himself that Sunami's death was accidental yet he also wasn't there. He didn't get angry when questioned about it but when we emailed him telling him we'd spoken with Raydiance and that Raydiance had a very angry and suspicious reaction, Michael Galloway went silent and stopped writing and responding to our emails. It was also Michael Galloway who mentioned that Raydiance knew Sunami in fhe first place and gave us her phone number). The very fact that Michael Galloway was present the exact day and time that Sunami was there with Paradisian is highly indicative. 46. CLIFF, THROWN OFF VS. GOING OFF: The M.O. (modus operandi) or mode of operation of many murders of people, particularly young beautiful ('white' or Caucasian being "mandatory" according to Frank Pauline, Jr. himself, confessed rapist and murderer of Dana Ireland and ) women, is to be THROWN OFF A CLIFF after they are done abusing the body. This goes back to the same Hawaiian Huna ho'opiopio (evil magic, praying people to death, etc.) which was used both as a punishment and as a SACRIFICE TO THE HAWAIIAN GODS. This practice is the same in the cases of Astara Aisha "Star" Evenstar, Ute Maria "Sunami" Leinmüller, and Dana "Magoo" Ireland (it was mentioned in the book Murder in Paradise by Chris Loos and Rick Castberg that the guys that murdered her had intended at first to throw her body off the cliff, according to Shawn Schweitzer, one of the three men convicted in the Dana Ireland case. And they kept driving until we got to the spot where she was found. 'CLIFF 5 FEET WALK AWAY FROM KEHENA BEACH TRAIL' / '10 to 15 feet FROM THE SHORELINE IS WHERE HER BODY FELL : edge of cliff was five feet away : "he felt the victim would have had to walk about five feet or so to get to the edge". ~ Alvin J. Tobosa, the helicopter pilot who failed to save Sunami's life, from 8522/109, Page 5 - 8 of 13. If the trail was 5 feet from the cliff, then it is almost without doubt that Sunami had to be coerced, moved or otherwise brought off the trail and over the edge of the cliff. 10 TO 15 FEET FROM SHORELINE THE BODY WAS 'FOUND' : "He estimated that the victim was approximately 10 to 15 feet away from the "waterline". ". ~ Quince Mento, 8522/109, Page 6 of 13, Paragraph 1. If the body was found that far from the shoreline, the likelihood of falling or even jumping from the cliff is highly unlikely, suggesting instead a murder and being thrown from the cliff. 48. SANE (Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner) Raquel Gouveia, RN, performed a Sexual Assault examination on Sunami's body. The results of the examination are completely blacked out; backing up suspicion of a cover-up of foul play is the fact that HPD detective Benton P. Bolos mentions injuries to specific body parts (head and back) yet injuries to some other (secret, private?) body parts are not mentioned, suggesting a cover-up of a sexual assault by police. ""The injuries could be seen on both sides of her body and especially on her head and back area". "Photo No. 47 does show an injury to the ______, Photos NO. 52, shows the injury to the __________________________ ". ~ HPD Police Detective Benton P. Bolos, who stated in the police report that he took the 52 photos including all the photos of Sunami's body at the Hilo Medical Center Morgue. The redactions (shown here as ____ ) show that the HPD Information officer Randall Ishii or one of his coworkers who actually did these redcations is playing favorites with some medical information, revealing medical information about some body parts and hiding medical information about other body parts; we may assume that Ishii considers the redacted mentions of body parts are regarding the 'private parts', i.e. genitalia. If his true consideration were to respect medical record confidentiality, he would also have redacted the parts about head and back injuries or, more in the public interest and in the interest of JUSTICE would not redact any part of the report if it would lead to solving this case through a PUBLIC INVESTIGATION. This is just one major example of IMPROPER REDACTIONS throughout the report, which we consider first face evidence of criminal malfeasance on the part of Ishii (even if it is only in the capacity of an overseeing officer over the Identification and Information section regarding police reports). ~ HPD Police Detective Benton P. Bolos, 8828/109, Page 1 of 2, Paragraphs 3 and 4. ~ NOTE: "Paradisian", my Technical Assisant on Hawaiian-TV (Computerman), has been persecuted and prosecuted for investigating what happened to Sunami. Paradisian's car was destroyed by fire within two days of being stopped by Ka'u HPD police officer Jason Tominaga, right after Paradisian's flight from injustice from the police after Bella called the police on him for no other reason than trying to scare him away from investigating the Sunami murder. The destroying of the car was also after Paradisian had told Ka'u HPD officer Dane M. Shibuya that he was investigating the Sunami case and was also friends with Ronald "Cosmo" Gresham, and that he was having a religious meeting, a Bible study, in the Fruitmobile car; The destruction of the car by fire was an obvious act of religious hatred and retaliation by police in response to both the Ute Leinmüller / "Sunami" investigation and what was learned in the investigation of the murder of Ronald "Cosmo" Gresham ; the license plate on the rear of the car was attacked with a crowbar; it contained religious symbols showing God's superiority over the "STATE OF HAWAII" and is a symbol both of good over evil investigating these crimes now but also of the freedom of movement on the common ways which Ronald "Cosmo" Gresham fought so hard for in STATE OF HAWAII vs. Walter Schneider, 3PC92-032 in which the judge ruled that Walter's Hawaiian "SOVEREIGN - KINGDOM OF HAWAII" 'license' plates were both "legal" and "lawful" in Hawai'i and handed the plates back to him. 'Paradisian' was also charged with a "traffic crime" of having no insurance so they could have an excuse to use to revoke 'his' probation (which he was also subjected to by being framed for previous exposing of government corruption and publishing) and send him back to jail where he can't publish the truth anymore. Photos follow at bottom of this post!) ~ History Paradisian (Dane : Eric : Gross), also known as "Computerman" on this website, met Sunami in about September of 2000 at PANGAIA after calling around the Kapoho intentional communities looking for a raw fruitarian/paradisian woman to marry. Before having gone to PANGAIA to meet her, Paradisian had met two other women, one on each occasion about 6 months apart, both in front of Abundant Life health food store in Hilo (Biblically named after the scripture in the book of Saint John), where each woman, both pretty and in their late teens to early 20s, had told Paradisian that they had been told they could not leave PANGAIA for at least 2 weeks, and that they thought they were being held there against their will in order to participate in SATANIC / SEXUAL RITUALS. Both women seemed very tired and told Paradisian that they had had to escape at around 2 A.M. because they were being watched or monitored round the clock and that the late night parties or rituals would go on all night and then people would wake up as early as 5 A.M. in order to do slave labour (which PANGAIA founders call "land dance" to make it seem less like slave labor). Paradisian was prevented from talking with Sunami over the phone for 2 1/2 weeks while he healed and prepared to meet Sunami. PANGAIA co-founders Jay Steven "Steve" "Manis" Martin and Dwayne "Ano" "Zephyr" Tarletz both repeatedly told Paradisian that Sunami would never be called to the phone and they would never leave messages for her (probably to hide their evils against Sunami and others and to prevent Sunami from being rescued by Paradisian). Paradisian told Sunami about the two women who said they were being held against their will at PANGAIA to warn her but apparently Sunami was too afraid at the time to reveal to Paradisian what was going on at the time. In Sunami's diary, she repeatedly mentions being surrounded by "aggressions" and being hurt by people, that she was "caught in a big trap", that people at PANGAIA were really in "prison" and that she had to get away as soon as possible. Paradisian met Sunami's mother the day he finally came out to meet Sunami, which was during the short approximately 30 minute time he had visited with Sunami (the only time Paradisian ever got to see Sunami alive); Sunami's mother had come all the way from Germany to see Sunami for the very first time, according to Sunami, and was there during Paradisian's short visit, which Paradisian takes as another sign that he was destined to marry Sunami; Sunami's mother spoke only German which is why Paradisian didn't communicate about the two women to her mother; however Sunami's mother looked very concerned, to the point of extreme worry about Sunami, and their conversation was very fast and agitated, all in German. Sunami told Paradisian about her daughter Stephanie Joerke (nicknamed "Mamae", prounced like 'my-my', as though the PANGAIA people found her attractive at 14 to 17 years of age?), and said "My daughter is rebellious .. she won't listen to me, she hates me. She doesn't want to live the way I have taught her" (which is holistic natural living); Sunami started to cry during talking about this and Paradisian asked her to tell him what was bothering her, but Sunami seemed afraid to reveal something and to trust Paradisian, whom Sunami had of course just met. When Paradisian first arrived at PANGAIA to meet Sunami, he witnessed angry words being shouted at Sunami by then-PANGAIA resident Mercedes Kirkel (former girlfriend and business partner of PANGAIA co-founder Dwayne "Ano" "Zephyr" Tarletz); Sunami explained that she had been "kicked out" of the main house "because they said I was using too much water, which is a lie, it isn't true"; Sunami told Paradisian that she was being forced to shower outside using a water hose like an animal, where she had no privacy and was subjected to this angry and aggressive treatment from PANGAIA leaders and insiders. Paradisian started to defend her to and argue with Mercedes Kirkel and Ano Tarletz but Sunami seemed frightened to let him and said "shhh", stopping him from defending her to them at the time. Sunami showed Paradisian the cheap lean-to she was living in and paying $900. a month for, which was sent to her by her mother in Germany, which was way off in the back of the property, which had insufficient protection from rain, wind or insects. Paradisian was shocked and commented to Sunami about it but Sunami told Paradisian that she didn't really like it at PANGAIA and wanted to move out as soon as possible. Paradisian told Sunami that if she needed a ride to anywhere else or any kind of assistance at all, that he was there to help. Sunami politely refused a ride, but she and Paradisian agreed to meet up again at PANGAIA after Paradisian found a suitable place for her (and himself) to live. Paradisian set about finding other communities and options for natural living for the two of them, either separately or together, and spent (according to his memory) about 3 1/2 months healing and preparing to go back to rescue Sunami from PANGAIA, be her friend and hopefully, eventually marry her. Paradisian got very healthy and had found resources of places to stay on the north part of the Big Island, fixed up the "Fruitmobile" truck and healed. Paradisian tried calling about 10 to 15 times again to PANGAIA to leave a message for Sunami that he was thinking of her every day and getting ready to help them both, but Jay Steven "Steve" "Manis" Martin and Dwayne "Ano" "Zephyr" Tarletz both steadfastly refused to even give a message to Sunami from Paradisian. Paradisian finally called PANGAIA back to tell them that he was coming to PANGAIA again to visit with Sunami and help her out. Steve Martin answered the phone and told Paradisian, "Oh, haven't you heard? Sunami went off the cliff and died.", with zero 'bedside manner', in a tone that sounded like he was actually glad it had happened, very flippant. Paradisian was extremely shocked. Over the next few weeks, Paradisian managed to put it out of his head, figuring "it just wasn't meant to be". John Tyler was on the scene at the time and witnessed Sunami's body hovering over the Kehena Beach parking lot circle for "about 45 minutes" before her body was transported to the hospital; this is enough time to inhale enough toxic helicopter fumes in order to kill someone before they could get to the hospital ... one way to make sure to cover up an attempted murder, by making sure there's no chance that the victim lives. We believe that the helicopter pilot received a secret code over the radio, something like 'XYZ', meaning "make sure the subject is dead", in order to cover up evidence. According to the police report but never revealed in the deceptive Hawaii Police Department "Release", Sunami's body was found nude, even though she was known to be very shy and didn't go out in public nude; she was at Kehena beach because it was the best place to find a ride on Sunday due to the public gathering on the beach. The dirty police/Satanic PANGAIA cult members also knew that it was the best day to kill and dispose of a body if it was done just before people arrived at Kehena Beach; it was also a moonless night so that whatever happened to Sunami prior to her body going off the cliff would be harder to see and find, they always do their evil deeds in the darkness. This is part of a pattern we have just discovered, where criminally evil 'locals' find a white "Haole" girl with blonde hair and blue eyes and rape and murder her around Christmastime. The year always adds up to a 20, i.e. 1991 for Dana Ireland, 1+9+9+1=20, 2000 for "Sunami" Ute Maria Leinmueller, etc. because 20 stands for Godly diplomacy and spreading of Truth against evil. 8 years later in about April 2008, President John Tyler reminded Paradisian about Sunami and Paradisian began to investigate. Upon contacting PANGAIA founder Steven Jay "Manis" Martin, Paradisian was confronted by suspicion, asked "who are you working for?" by Steve, who told Paradisian and John Tyler, who participated in on one call to Martin, where he told Paradisian "No one would want to **** her", meaning Sunami, to try to deflect the idea that Sunami was in fact a beautiful and very attractive blonde/blue Caucasian woman, the type that they choose to sacrifice in these cults; when Paradisian told Steve he had MET Sunami, Steve's voice sounded noticable shaky because he knew Sunami was a beautiful sweet innocent Godly type blonde into health and nature (Dana Ireland is very similar). (Steve "Manis" Martin eventually wound up threatening Paradisian's life over the telephone "If I hear, just one more time, that I killed Ute, I WILL COME LOOKING FOR YOU!" ... when Paradisian went to court with the evidence of the threat, the same day judge Barbara Takase granted the Temporary Restraining Order (TRO), Paradisian's house was visited by six cop cars with blue lights on which hovered around the house just to scare him at about 10:30 P.M. the same night.) Paradisian's remembrance of investigative phone calls to Steve "Manis" Martin: "Steve started talking then about how 'Sunami was trying to live on nothing but water for weeks, by the end she was ugly, no one would want to **** her." I thought that that comment was very rude and asked for clarification, not wanting to take him to task for the profanity so I would not offend and so we could continue talking with him. told him that "some people don't just eat and eat and eat all the time, like your 'EAT EVERYTHING AS LONG AS IT'S RAW' philosophy"... even including RAW BLOOD. Then I told Steve that based on what I've seen, all I know is that the last place I knew Sunami was staying was PANGAIA; twice before I'd met women that said they were being held captive at PANGAIA for sexual or Satanic rituals and that within three months of having met Sunami at PANGAIA she was 'dead'; then I pointed out that the only drinkers of raw blood I've ever heard of are SATANISTS and that maybe there's a CONNECTION between the Satanic practices of PANGAIA and Sunami's death. Later on I would call him back, with John Tyler participating in the phone call as co-witness and investigator. This is John Tyler's remembrance of that phone call: "He said that a guy saw Ute dancing on the cliff. Then this guy came back up and she had fallen. This guy told the police that this happened. So other reports that we have gotten were from Podner (Bobby Garner) who even though claims not to know her is violently positive that she had cancer left a fruit basket as a suicide note and jumped off. Then other people said that she was high on mushrooms and danced off. (Thursday) (At this point Paradisian had already tried about many many times to talk with Sunami or get messages to Sunami on the phone but was refused over and over again by Dwayne "Zephyr" "Ano" Tarletz and Jay Steven "Steve" "Manis" Martin, PANGAIA insider and co-founder. It is highly likely that had they let Paradisian through on the telephone or at least passed messages to Sunami from him (and let Sunami do her program without hassles and trying to force her to eat meat (READ!) and have her peace and silence)she would still be alive today). What is much scarier is that when Paradisian told Steve "Manis" Martin that he thought maybe Sunami was murdered, Steve finally replied "If I hear just one more time, just one more time, that I killed Ute, I WILL COME LOOKING FOR YOU... just one more time, I WILL COME LOOKING FOR YOU!!!" which was hand-recorded and placed on the court docket in the Third District Court before judge Barbara Takase for a TRO (Temporary Restraining Order) against Steve Martin on the basis of his telephone threat, which was granted by judge Takase by defaugalt (Steve "Manis" Martin didn't appear in court). The evening of the day judge Takase granted the TRO, Paradisian's house was visited by six blue light-on cop cars, which just floated around swaggeringly on the street; the police were there for about 10 minutes hovering and moving around but never came up the driveway. The top photo was said by Sunami to be a symbol of dominance, the skull-shaped coral a symbol of her 'death', the crab leg representing her body, in V position representing rape, on the background of a shell of the tree of life, a coconut shell (Coconut John is also one of the last to see Sunami maybe barely alive in the helicopter 'Billy Pugh' basket being smothered to death by helicopter fumes for 45 minutes by pilot Alvin J. Tobosa, with Brent Matsuda, and Quince Mento as supervisor, over the Waiakea Division of the Hawaii Fire Department. THE POLICE REPORT SAYS (Noel N. Aoki's words, Hawaii Fire Department, Pahoa Division) THAT THE PAHOA DIVISION HAD TROUBLE WITH ITS RADIO AT THAT TIME. We believe that the Waiakea crew responsibile for this had deliberately 'jammed' the radio frequency Waiakea Division was using so they could make the secret 'XYZ' call over their own frequency, meaning "kill her, get rid of the evidence, do it quick". These two cops were identified in the vision as "A. PAVAO" (whose badge may in reality have belonged to A. Pavao but whom Sunami identified as actually being "Jose Emilio Sanchez"). The other cop was identified as 'Schneider' or perhaps Springer. At first the psychic investigator got the full name "Gary Schneider" but then later said it might be "Emory Springer" instead. We at Hawaiian-TV are well aware that there is an HPD police officer named Emory J. Springer, who used to wear his hair really short like a Nazi and harrass all the homeless people in downtown Hilo; it was Emory J. Springer who had without provocation physically assaulted, then arrested Ronald "Cosmo" Gresham (Honorary Mayor of the Big Island from 1992 to his death by strangulation leading to cardiac arrest in 1994), and who supervised Paradisian being arrested in 1993 on false charges of trespassing in a public restroom in the S. Hata building in downtown Hilo. [CENTER] The coral formation on the left represents 'Springer', the coral formation on the right represents 'Pavao'.
