This case is obviously important enough
to someone to delete it, similarly to the way
the STATE OF HAWAII vs. Walter Schneider case
was actually deleted from the microfilm.

This is the case where Cosmo sued GTE Hawaiian Tel for
13 MILLION DOLLARS and according to one source,
settled out of court with GTE for $250,000;

Cosmo alleged that Carlyle Group, Ltd. dba GTE Hawaiian Tel had
tapped Cosmo's phone in order to sabotage his political campaign
running for mayor and Hawaii County Council.

From what we have been able to discern,
Cosmo never got any of the money before he 'died'.

We had to re-post this case because we found it mysteriously
deleted by someone .. this may have happened during a recent
security breach which we quickly fixed. The fact that the only file we
found deleted was this case tells us that this could have been
related to the reason that Cosmo was murdered.

The Carlyle Group, owned by the Bin Laden family and others
have been well known for dirty politics and so are primary
suspects in the murder of Ronald 'Cosmo' Gresham.
