Housing Guarantee Act proposal

In light of tre landslide of mortgage foreclosures I propose The Housing Guarantee Act.

In this legislation I would put a freeze on all evictions from the living quarters to those facing financial catastrophe. This would include forfeiture due to property tax delinquency, mortgage foreclosures. and any acts of governmental seizures on the homes of Americans. All land and property will become allodial titles, actual ownership no longer owned by the government.

If We The People allow the government and financial institutions to seize the millions of homes of The American people there will be millions more homeless People and millions of empty houses. It doesn't make sense.

The seizure of the Federal Reserve and actually federalizing our money will give US the choice of canceling all debt. Paying out the trillion dollars is only giving our National wealth to the foreign interests which have scammed to take over Our country.

Our new Department of the Treasury could rebuild our economy based on real dollars, not federal reserve notes, which are only promissary notes which only transfer debt. We would still honor the dollar value to the notes printed to save reprinting costs and lessen chaos and confusion. The New money would no longer have the words Federal Reserve Notes and would be backed by shares in governmental property and reserves held in commodities such as oil, grain, natural resources and precious metals that are already owned by Our government. You could even exchange dollars for actual value in these resources if desired.

The recent New World Order presidents and elected officials have allowed foreign interest to take over America. I propose that all business, property, and resources be returned to the Sovereign title Property of The American People.

To prevent foreign interests from again taking control of America all currency transferred out of America American currency owned outside would only be backed up with commodities, not real estate or government institutions, and could only be guaranteed by tangible goods products of American enterprise thus only making a marketplace for American producers.

The Panama Canal was turned over to China which puts a communist Foreign power in control of The most importantt shipping route and gives them the power to devastate Our ability to conduct ocean travel. The Chinese steal our technology and poison our people and pets with toxic products, so We can retake the Panama Canal.
