In this clip, Cosmo reads from the transcripts
of a 1993 court 'case' he defended.

Jessi Keawe and her 78 year old husband had been brutalized,
attacked by police, put in a stranglehold to the ground
until unconscious, over a traffic ticket
even though her husband was 78 years old
and offered no resistance to the policemen.

Cosmo was asked to help Mrs. Keawe because of "the fear
that had been installed into the being of miss Keawe".

Cosmo appeared on her behalf and handled the judge's
diversions with guided simplilcity, directness
and Aloha in his unique and inimitiable way.
